JUDGES ACCREDITATION ANNUAL CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL

EDUCATION RECORD

 

The CPE (Continuing Professional Education) Form takes the place of the Active Status Card.  Your CPE Form will begin June 1, 2005 and end July 31, 2006 for the recertification year.  In the past we began our  Active Status Report January 1st each year, ending in December.  The new policy will begin our educational record August 1st each year, ending July 21st.  Enclosed is a card stock form for you to use (beginning June 1st).  You will be required to turn in this form to Phyllis Thompson, State Continuing Professional Education Coordinator by July 31, 2006.  Further information will follow the National SJD meeting in Portland, Oregon in July.  Since some of you will attend clinics and workshops prior to this meeting you will need this form.  You will receive certificates from clinicians which must be kept on file.  As soon as we have a State Board Meeting, you will receive further information concerning how we will handle these forms.  Until a firm policy is in place, make sure to keep all records for future reference.  Also included are Certificates for     miscellaneous Credit.
